A sad end to the weekend

accident.jpgThe news that three people died on the roads of Sussex this weekend is tragic for each of their families. Each of these accidents also caused enormous distress for our emergency services who work hard 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is hard to find ways to say thank you in an effective manner to the hard work of agencies such as the Police, Fire and Rescue, Ambulance Service (which includes the air ambulance and Red Cross). However a big thank you to all who were involved and hopefully your own mental health is not badly impacted by the scenes you witnessed this weekend and the days and weeks and years past and to come. Thank you for working so hard in such difficult circumstances on our behalf.
